1. How does this work with insurance?
We don’t bill insurance for our services. Your membership covers all primary care. For labs and vaccines, we handle the processing through your insurance, but only on behalf of our partner vendors.
2. How does this work with Medicare?
We don’t bill Medicare, and you can’t submit our fees or visits for Medicare reimbursement. Your membership covers all primary care services directly through our practice. You can still use Medicare for labs, imaging, and specialist visits outside our office.
3. Does this include specialty care?
We work with every major health system to ensure you have access to the specialists you need. While specialty care isn’t included, our team helps coordinate your care and provides guidance throughout the process.
4. What happens if I go to the ER or the Hospital?
If you ever need to go to the emergency room or hospital, contact your Premier Private Physicians or Victors Care doctor first if possible. Your physician can help guide your next steps. If it’s a true emergency and you can’t call, please have a family member reach out to your doctor as soon as possible.
5. How is my doctor available 24/7?
Our physicians are available 24/7 because they care for a much smaller number of patients. Most traditional primary care doctors manage more than 2,500 patients. Our physicians limit their panels to about 350, allowing them to be available when you need them.
