Frequently Asked Questions

To provide the kind of personalized care offered in this program, we limit the number of patients in each physician’s practice. We do not bill insurance for office visits.

It is strongly recommended to carry insurance to cover additional medical services such as bloodwork, immunizations, diagnostic testing, specialist visits, and hospitalization.

Insurance does not cover the membership fee. The fee is paid by patients who want to be part of a smaller, more personalized medical practice.

Of course, but just like private insurance, fees cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.

There are no co-pays for office visits and in-office testing. Bloodwork sent to the lab is billed to private insurance and any necessary deductibles or co-pays would apply.

Annual flu vaccination is provided for all patients. Childhood immunizations through age 25 are provided for our pediatric patients. All other immunizations are provided at cost.

The fee covers all of the primary care services provided at Premier Private Physicians with no additional co-pays or deductibles.

We coordinate care for patients when admitted to the hospital by informing the emergency room prior to  arrival, communicating with the care team during the stay, and providing for a smooth transition upon discharge.
